*Cinema — For Your Consideration

I think my expectations were way too high. I <3 Christopher Guest movies.
It was a little too movie-ish. It wasn’t styled quite like a documentary.
The cameos by Sandra Oh and John Krasinski were the highlights for me. I really thought Sandra Oh was supposed to have a bigger part in the movie… That being said, the part she was in had one of the best jokes in the movie (even if she really didn’t have much of a part of the joke).
Harry Shearer was great.
Very impressive (or just plain freighting) make up done on Catherine O’Hara.
Rachael Harris looks way different without glasses.
They are really a fantastic group of actors… just a slow movie.
